Terms of Use (English Version)

 

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") establish the conditions for the use of educational materials and downloadable content (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by kizahashi (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who utilize the Service must comply with these Terms.

 

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

 

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

 

Article 2 (License to Use)

  1. The Company grants Users permission to use the educational materials provided through the Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Materials").

  2. Users may use the Materials for personal purposes only. If an educational institution wishes to use the Materials, they must contact the Company via the designated email address to discuss terms and pricing and obtain a separate institutional license (e.g., monthly subscription, annual contract, or one-time purchase).

  3. Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, redistributing, selling, transferring, lending, or publicly transmitting the Materials.

  4. Regardless of whether they are free or paid, worksheets are available for download only after user registration.

  5. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of use, pricing, and availability of the Materials without prior notice.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

 

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  • Violating these Terms

  • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of the Materials

  • Using the Materials for commercial purposes

  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

  • Engaging in activities that violate laws or public order and morals

 

Article 4 (Copyrights)

  1. The copyright of the Materials belongs to the Company or third parties who have legally granted the Company a license to use them.

  2. Users may not use (including reproduction, modification, or distribution) the Materials without the Company's written permission.

Article 5 (Disclaimer of Liability)

  1. While the Company takes the utmost care in creating the Materials, it does not guarantee their accuracy, usefulness, or completeness.

  2. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the Materials.

  3. The Company shall not be liable for any interruption or suspension of the Service.

Article 6 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The use of the Service is subject to fees as determined separately by the Company.

  2. Payment must be made using the method specified by the Company.

  3. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless required by law (e.g., processing errors, mistaken charges, or refunds for services not provided).

Article 7 (Termination of Agreement)

  1. If a User violates these Terms, the Company may terminate the agreement without prior notice.

  2. If a User wishes to terminate their contract with the Service, they may submit a cancellation request via the designated email address. However, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

  3. Even after termination, the provisions in Article 3 (Prohibited Actions), Article 4 (Copyrights), and Article 5 (Disclaimer of Liability) shall remain in effect.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

  1. The Company may update these Terms as necessary.

  2. If the User continues to use the Service after the changes, they will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts shall apply.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) outlines the handling of personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) who use the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by kizahashi (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.
